INTERNAL CONTROLS

Appropriately trained executives with years of experience abroad have focused on a modern way for conducting the internal examination of a port facility / port and do not use it as a one-dimensional tool for checking the correctness of situations.
The examination functions as an independent procedure in order to examine and evaluate the procedures, by providing useful information through the systematic process of their objective evaluation, which on the one hand, determine the adequacy of the internal control system itself, and on the other hand, the effectiveness of the internal organisation of the operations – procedures, as these are described in the approved operation and procedure manuals relating to either a port facility or a port.

PREPARATION & INCREASE OF READINESS LEVEL

In combination with our continuous training on new techniques and through the adoption of lessons from corresponding services abroad, we are in a position to assume the full preparation of the bodies involved for upcoming inspections by a National Authority or by the European Commission.
The business approach to the issue and our adaptability to large scale concentration of bodies, enables us to analyse the level of readiness at every stage and to point out the remarks and make the relevant suggestions in every stage, on the one hand, to minimise / eliminate common or recurring omissions and errors and on the other hand, to obtain the maximum possible degree of readiness and more efficient operation of the services.
